Our DataAssuranceTM  services ensure that you always remember and have access, even if you lose a key person.

How it Works

DataAssuranceTM  works very simply.   You sign up for a business class account.   Gold Business Class accounts allow up to 20 users to be covered under a single account.   Enterprise Business accounts allow an unlimited number of users to be covered.   Each user in the account is distinct and each user can store up to 5 AccessAssurancePackagesTM.

Each AccessAssurancePackageTM can be set to have it's own renewal period, it's own recipients to receive the Package if the trigger is met, and a complete message to the recipients which you can craft, along with up to a 5MB attachment.

As long as nothing happens, your Packages remain secure and unsent.

When something happens to a covered user, the Packages are automatically sent to the recipients selected - which must be from your account's pre-approved list.    Complete integration with Active Directory and other popular access control systems automates this process and ensures data is only sent when and to whom appropriate.
Service is in the Cloud - it's always accessible and always on. Recipients do not even need to know they are recipients - the system will email them when the trigger is tripped. Packages can be modified or deleted by you as much as you wish. Starting as low as $50 a month.

Can I upload an encrypted file?
Yes.  Your attached and uploaded file can be encrypted using anything you want.
Who has access to my Packages before they are sent?
Only the covered user and the defined account-owner (the system super-user).
