This Privacy Policy describes Clear Data, Inc.'s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information.
Clear Data, Inc. receives your information through our various web sites and systems, APIs, and services (collectively "Services").
When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure
and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Regardless of which country that you reside in or create information from,
your information may be used by Clear Data, Inc. in the United States or any other country where Clear Data, Inc. operates
in accordance to this policy.
Information Collected Upon Registration:
When you create or edit the profile of a Clear Data, Inc. account,
you might do so through activation of your account using a payment service (currently PayPal).
If you are emailed your credentials through an automated system, we never know your credentials.
If you are provided your credentials not through an automated process, then we only know the
credentials presented to you. Any subsequent changes to your password are yours only and can never
be recovered by anyone at CDI.
In all cases, this privacy policy covers all aspects of services we provide except for DataAssuranceTM services.
Our DataAssuranceTM services are goverened under the privacy agreement found at
iHoldInfo.com.

Our Services are not directed to people under 18.
We require a valid credit card or bank transaction to activate an account as a means to achieve that goal.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information,
we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.
